POSITION PURPOSE Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk Department and Guest Service areas. Ensure that front desk and communications meet hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction. Act as the main contact for guests and other resort departments. We are currently in search of an experienced and skilled, dynamic, guest-focused individual to take on the position of Front Office Manager. This newly established role will guide a vibrant team to guarantee a positive and memorable guest experience, collaborate with dedicated Supervisors and Managers to ensure seamless property operations, and cultivate a Front Office team filled with guest-oriented hotel ambassadors. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, possess a fully flexible schedule as shifts will vary according to occupancy, and be ready to make a significant impact.
