About The Position

We’re looking for a hospitality-driven leader dedicated to delivering world-class experiences every day.  As the Front Office Manager, you’ll lead the guest-facing heart of the hotel, ensuring every stay begins and ends with exceptional service. You’ll oversee all front office operations, from guest check-ins to reservations, billing, and daily team performance. With a focus on hospitality, leadership, and efficiency, you’ll cultivate a motivated, well-trained team that consistently delivers warm, personalized service. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding your team by example, upholding brand and operational standards, and driving guest satisfaction and revenue through effective teamwork and efficient operations. Role Summary: Delivers an exceptional guest experience that ensures all guest needs are exceeded. Creates a positive environment and works closely with all hotel team members.  Performs all tasks in an efficient and timely manner to meet required administrative responsibilities. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to lift up-to 40 lb.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required to operate the hotel shuttle).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across varied tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Must be able to lift moderate weights, operate cleaning equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to assist other departments and respond to changing priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective hiring, training and development of identified staff including through selective one-on-one coaching
  • Maximize short-term revenue opportunities through ongoing staff sales training and daily interaction with hotel sales department
  • Ensure compliance of all brand and hotel standards to include understanding of all technology systems and necessary reporting (PMS, Telephone, etc)
  • Politely greets guests and resolves all guest inquiries and problems in a positive and productive manner both in person and on the phone
  • Successfully follows all telephone, sales, and reservation processes and completes all administrative duties as assigned
  • Works actively with the sales team and all other staff to provide excellent guest experiences
  • Follows the check-in and check-out processes in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Reviews and updates the communication log regularly to stay current with developments in the hotel
  • Ensures the lobby and front desk are clean and fully supplied, including the ordering of supplies when necessary
