Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a hotel front desk position.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays required.
  • Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office personnel with daily supervision including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Check and control room reservations, front office systems, inventory, and scheduling to maximize revenue.
  • Supervise and assist staff with front desk and guest service functions.
  • Complete necessary shift paperwork ensuring accuracy on all forms and checklists assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of all available package and promotion details.
  • Perform essential front desk duties and responsibilities, including working desk shifts.
