About The Position
As a Front Office Manager at Colcord Hotel, you will be accountable for the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel while providing exceptional levels of guest service throughout their stay. You will act as the Manager on Duty, anticipating and resolving problems, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests. The position is located in a historic building in downtown Oklahoma City, and you will be part of a team that values great service and comfort.
