As a Rooms Intern, you will be rotating throughout the hotel's front office and rooms departments while working directly with our management team. Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee is Milwaukee’s largest hotel. Built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the Hilton Milwaukee offers 729 well-appointed guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor or Associate’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Shadow our Front Office management team.
- Learn several roles within all outlets of the hotel.
- Interact with customers and take action to solve problems as they arise.
- All other duties as assigned.
