Front Office Host (On Call)
About The Position
The Front Office Host is responsible for the guest registration process andmunication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host. If you have worked at other Hotels as a Front Desk Host or you have interest in learning more about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you! Due to the nature of this role, candidates must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Full flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States.
