In this highly visible, guest-facing role, you'll engage with individuals from around the world, offering thoughtful recommendations, facilitating seamless coordination between departments, and ensuring that each request is handled with care, urgency, and discretion. You will also have the opportunity to enhance the guest experience through elegant, confident upselling of room upgrades and premium offerings—always aligned with the guest's needs and the hotel's understated luxury. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a front office, concierge, or guest relations role within a Forbes-rated luxury hotel or equivalent high-end environment.
  • Impeccable demeanor and presence aligned with five-star standards.
  • Clear, articulate, and thoughtful communication with both guests and colleagues.
  • Comfortable and strategic in offering room upgrades and personalized enhancements.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Reserve, Colleague Advantage), Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Innate ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with empathy and elegance.
  • Graceful and composed during peak check-in times and challenging guest scenarios.
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
