This job includes telephone appointments, front desk, and check out. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs front desk check in/registration, telephone appointment scheduling, and check out tasks of which depending on needs of the departments can vary from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 PM. Requires the ability to be flexible and accommodating as the work day can vary with different needs of the department. Provides excellent customer service in terms of professionalism and responsiveness.
