Nice To Haves

Prior experience in collision repair, estimating, or automotive industry is a plus (but we’re willing to train the right person)

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers—both in person and over the phone
Guide customers through the repair process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Coordinate appointments, updates, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience
Work closely with insurance partners and internal teams to keep repairs moving efficiently
Prepare accurate and thorough repair estimates using industry tools
Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in collaboration with technicians
Communicate estimates and repair timelines clearly to customers and insurers
Monitor job progress and update estimates as needed
