Job Summary: The Therapy Services Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for scheduling physical, occupational and speech therapy services for current and new patients. The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the daily clinic schedule is efficiently managed in cooperation with the clinical leadership team. They will ensure that all business office functions within the therapy services clinic are completed accurately and timely. They will maintain patient care records in accordance with HIPAA and local organizational rules and standards. They will complete daily administration tasks including scheduling, filing, copying and communication, both verbal and electronic. They will work effectively as part of the clinic multidisciplinary team. This individual will float to our various therapy clinics as needed.
