Kids R Kids Houston Heights is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. This role plays a key part in managing daily administrative operations, welcoming families, and ensuring smooth communication between parents, staff, and management. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Texas state licensing requirements, as well as experience with Procare and IntelliKids software systems.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage daily administrative duties including maintaining records, scheduling, and coordinating communications.
  • Ensure compliance with Texas state licensing regulations and assist in preparing documentation for inspections and audits.
  • Utilize Procare and IntelliKids software to manage enrollment, attendance, billing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and management to support the daily operations of the center.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or front office role, preferably in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Texas state licensing regulations pertaining to childcare centers.
  • Proficient in Procare and IntelliKids software platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Must have flexible avalibility, primary hours will be 9:30 AM-6:30 PM Monday-Friday
