Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive front office coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, supporting both claimants, clients and our medical staff. Work Location: This role is primarily based in our Perrysburg, OH office, with a requirement to travel approximately two days per week to our Plymouth, MI office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or front office role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive, approachable attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to solve problems independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in claimants in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of exam rooms
  • Assist physicians with examinee support during exams when required
  • Maintain up-to-date credentialing records, completing and submitting required documentation while ensuring compliance
  • Manage medical records, including downloading, uploading, scanning and printing
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer phone calls and assist with medical record requests
  • Provide directions and assistance to claimants and clients
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as making copies and managing schedules
