Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of administrative or office experience
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills + you’re polished, clear, and professional
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
  • Manage phone lines, mail, office supplies, meeting areas, and reception space
  • Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and organized workplace by following office procedures
  • Assist with client intakes and new potential client communications
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Keep office operations running efficiently, you’ll be the hub that connects it all
