Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our flagship office in Atlanta, GA. MRI Software is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team at our Atlanta Office!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the company, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and callers.
  • Greet candidates, clients, and visitors upon arrival; have them sign in, issue visitor badges, and notify the appropriate contact.
  • Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the correct extensions or taking and delivering messages using our internal system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail to the correct departments and recipients.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments for various departments.
  • Assign and track temporary employee badges and visitor badges as needed.
  • Order office supplies and restock common areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide general office support and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • This position is in office 5 days a week.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow up skills.
  • Ability to perform with considerable independence and initiative.
  • Proactive problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
  • Punctual with strong attendance history.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Basic Math and Analytical Skills, Judgment, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly, concisely, and persuasively using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation with ability to communicate one-on-one or in group settings.
  • Requires the ability to multitask and follow & execute instructions with efficiency and proficiency in completion of a variety of assigned projects and tasks with short- and long-term end dates.
  • Professional presentation, attitude and work well with others (internal and external customers) at all levels, including vendors & contract personnel.
  • Experience working with internal and external vendors and services contracting.
