About The Position
This is a full-time position that involves greeting patients and visitors, either in person or over the telephone. The role includes answering inquiries or referring them as necessary. The position aims to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by effectively scheduling appointments. Additionally, the role requires obtaining all necessary patient demographics, insurance information, and referral details, as well as scanning and entering test results such as MRI's and CT's.
