The Front Office Clerk will act as a primary facilitator for all systems and operational paperwork. Working in conjunction with shop team members, this role will coordinate document maintenance, capture, and completion. The key daily activities that this will surround will be shop timecards/labor reconciliation, Project Management/Materials List, and Documentation. Daily office duties in conjunction with the Plant Manager; elements will be added and removed as needed due to business needs. This role will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with a potential for overtime when business needs dictate.
