About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Actalent. This role involves answering calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. The representative will handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, accurately capture information, and provide tracking and shipping details for medications. Additionally, the representative will assist new and returning patients with their application processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, particularly in high volume call centers.
  • Ability to multitask and perform detailed work.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to resolve issues effectively.
  • High school diploma or GED.
