  • Identify and analyze alternative solutions, applying systems thinking to assess broader implications.
  • Own the solution go-live process, including data migration, training, and user enablement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Act as the first line of support for enhancement requests, determining feasibility within existing capabilities or scoping new solutions.
  • Partner with portfolio management, trading, operations and compliance business stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize processes and remove adoption barriers for new capabilities.
  • Develop and implement metrics programs to measure platform effectiveness and business impact.
  • Support training and enablement to maximize value realization.
  • Maintain transparent stakeholder communication through tailored executive reporting, status updates, and expectation setting.
  • Drive alignment and collaboration on product vision, adoption metrics and business impact across business, technology, and operations teams.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, open communication, and shared accountability to drive execution excellence and collective delivery success.
  • Use team retrospectives to drive continuous improvement, optimize delivery processes, and foster a high-performing team.
  • Lead proactive resource planning to support product delivery and execution. Ensure FTE, vendor and consulting resources are fully engaged and delivering measurable value.
  • Proactively manage vendor relationships to mitigate long-term platform risks and ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Ensure clear vendor communication to drive accountability and support timely delivery of system enhancements and support.
