Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly and efficiently.
  • Support the administrative team with various clerical tasks as needed.
