About The Position
Job Summary: The Front Office Assistant greets, instructs, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable and efficient in the operation of computers and various types of office equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in a medical office preferred.
