This position is in Athens at the main location of Oconee Heart & Vascular on our Call Center that answers incoming calls for all five of our clinic locations. Our call center team is the first point of contact for our patients and their family members, so it is important that the candidate have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and phone etiquette. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, verifying patient information, creating a message in our EMR system and ensuring that the message gets to the appropriate person along with sufficient information on the reason for the call. Other duties include scheduling appointments and cross training in other front office job roles.
