Requirements

• 1-2 years of front or back office experience in a medical setting
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in, and verify insurance
• Schedule appointments and manage calls in a professional manner
• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with basic intake (e.g., taking weight, no vitals or clinical procedures)
• Support the physician and team with light back-office and administrative tasks
