The Front Office Assistant Manager at Cedarbrook Lodge is responsible for supervising the procedural aspects of the hotel's front office, including the Front Desk, Valet, PBX, and Reservations. This role requires maintaining a presence during peak traffic periods and ensuring that guest and employee needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner. The Assistant Manager will perform front desk duties as necessary, ensure proper execution of VIP requirements, assist in training and development of team members, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and special events. The position also involves preparing daily reports, following safety and security policies, and developing positive working relationships with guests and team members.
