About The Position

Overview MANA CBO is looking for a dedicated person to join our team as the Front Office Applications Specialist. The Front Office Application Specialist acts as a Front office liaison between the site users and the Billing department; troubleshoot, gathering information, developing the system to user needs, and working towards the goal of implementing and running successful system applications. Provides assistance in system upgrades and implementation. Supports and troubleshoots systems as they pertain to the users to the eCW front office applications themselves. Serves as back up trainer providing front office training for end users as needed. Why You'll Love This Job -No major holidays -No weekends -Remote, work from home Responsibilities: Provides eCW and Collectly front office training and related systems including the design, development, delivery, evaluation, continuous improvement, optimization training and/or other performance improvement and staff development with direction and supervision from the Training Leadership team. Acts as support on the eCW Front office systems for the end users. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems for users of eCW front and Collectly office workflow & related software and communicates to user. Works with multidisciplinary project and operational staff to help implement, maintain and improve the front office process utilizing eCW. Assists with application upgrades through support testing & training activities as directed. Testing new functionality in non-production environments. Participates in training-related performance improvement initiatives and with maintaining training metrics. (Meaningful Use, ACO &PCMH). Train educational front office training workflows based on user roles for new hires. Coordinates logistics associated with training delivery preparation activities such as copying and assembling printed materials, set-up, maintenance of training rooms, equipment preparation, post training clean-up, etc. Assists in user support on site at locations during and following go-live and when further training is needed. Participates as a member of various project workgroups, attends meetings as required and develops constructive work relationships with other team members. Completes projects, assignments, and goals within desired timeframes. Assists with business site meetings when needed. Assist and work Fresh Desk tickets for which include but not limited to duplicate accounts, adding/ updating referring providers, Collectly/eCW issues and creating/updating Resource and Provider schedules. Assist in end of month and reporting processes Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
