About The Position

Position Overview Love helping people and staying busy? Join our team as a Front Office Agent at Sun Outdoors Ocean City, where you’ll be the first friendly face guests see. In this role, you’ll create smooth, welcoming check-in experiences while keeping front desk operations running efficiently in a fun, fast-paced resort environment. What You’ll Do Welcome guests and deliver friendly, high-quality service Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy Answer questions, share resort info, and resolve guest concerns Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations (in person, phone, email) Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest readiness Promote resort amenities, events, and activities Keep the front desk area clean and organized Follow all policies, safety procedures, and standards What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Customer service experience (hospitality a plus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Comfortable using computers; PMS experience is a bonus Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Reliable, positive, and team-oriented Position Details & Perks Full-time, seasonal role at Sun Outdoors Ocean City (Berlin, MD) Season runs: March 2026 – November 2026 Perks include: Paid sick time 401(k) with company match Team member travel discounts Additional growth opportunities Sun Outdoors Ocean City is an Equal Opportunity Employer EOE / AA / M / F / Veterans / Disabled / Drug-Free Workplace

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience (hospitality a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
