About The Position

The Front Office Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional resort experience. This part-time evening position supports front desk operations and assists in the guard house with RV guest check-ins. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and handling financial transactions.
  • Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities, events, and services.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when appropriate.
  • Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations (in person, phone, and email).
  • Process payments (cash, credit card, and other methods) and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Assist with reports and daily front office documentation as needed.
  • Check in RV guests at the guard house during assigned shifts.
  • Verify reservations and provide site information, passes, and resort details.
  • Ensure proper property access and communicate with security as needed.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest readiness and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and guard house area.
  • Follow all resort policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
