About The Position

This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build professional relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience. The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette, actively working towards achieving department and property-defined goals. This includes hosting and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, assisting with the check-in and check-out processes, and managing folios, invoicing, and billing. The agent must think creatively to address and resolve any service opportunities that arise during a guest's stay, going above and beyond to exceed expectations. Effective communication and collaboration with department leaders and hourly associates are essential to ensure a personalized and seamless guest experience. Additionally, the Front Office Agent must maintain accurate record-keeping for guest accounts and possess a thorough knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to respond effectively to guest inquiries and requests. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each guest feels valued and appreciated throughout their stay.
