Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous Front Office experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
• Create a positive guest experience through casual conversation and assistance.
