About The Position

The FOH Hourly Partner at Newk's Franchise Company is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a positive experience while dining. This role involves assisting the restaurant team in achieving sales goals and maintaining operational excellence according to Newk's standards. The position emphasizes the importance of a sanitary, safe, and respectful work environment while managing operational costs effectively.

Requirements

• Excellent communications and guest service skills
• High School diploma preferred (college a plus)
• Knowledge of a Point of Sale System (Preferably Aloha)
• At least six months restaurant service experience; or other customer service industries

Responsibilities

• Ensure all NEWK's guests receive a positive NEWK's Experience
• Assist the restaurant team in achieving planned sales
• Perform all responsibilities and tasks of the position according to NEWK's standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence
• Help protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment
