JOB SUMMARY: The Front of the House Attendant will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation, as well as daily culinary prep execution, for the Texas Rangers home clubhouse. This position reports to the Executive Sous Chef. Starting pay at $20/hour, based on experience Seasonal Positions Available Starting March 2026

Requirements

2 to 3 years of customer service experience.
Previous experience working as a team in/with the kitchen.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills.
Demonstrated knife skills and comfort working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude.
Extreme attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them.
Ability to perform the physical demands – Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check.
Food handlers certification.
Able to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
Your schedule will be built around the 2026 Texas Rangers home game schedule.
Ability to work long non standard hours depending on the game times of MLB baseball.

Nice To Haves

A working knowledge of baseball preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this includes prep work and dishwashing.
Execute daily food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and supporting batch-cooking production according to standardized recipes.
Cover and date food when storing it to ensure freshness and safety.
Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and record temps. Assist with product receival and communicating with dock support logistics.
Stock, clean and manage back storage areas and walk-in coolers.
Maintain excellent communication with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen team.
Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills.
Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area.
Make, package, rotate and stock Grab and Go fridge including smoothies on the menu.
Receive, rotate and stock snacks and beverages.
Stock plates, cutlery, condiments, packaged goods, etc..
Assist with Coffee Program, and coordinate placing orders through OneSixtyTwo.
Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including wiping tables, restocking caddies, pushing in chairs, etc..
Create, print, and post signage/menus for the food service areas.
Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily.
Communicate dining room needs clearly and timely to Executive Sous Chef for orders.
Sweep, mop, and scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc..
