About The Position

We are looking for energetic and highly motivated team members to serve our guests during the weekday lunch hours. We have a wide variety of shifts ranging from 11am-2pm to 11am-7pm. Consistent Saturday availability is required (at least lunch or dinner hours) Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes. Work 2-3 shifts during the week Consistently provide excellent customer service and hospitality during the lunch hours Meet our goals regarding Customer Experience scores (specifically Overall Hospitality and Cleanliness) Collaborate with coworkers to create high-quality dining experience for our guests Follow transition procedures and set the evening shift up for success Other duties as assigned Competencies: The best team members share the following characteristics: Great communicators who can communicate clearly in an energetic environment Leaders who inspire collaboration and elevate those around them Positive workers who can accurately, efficiently and safely assemble food orders, both independently and as part of a team.
