As a Front of House Team Member at Nuffield Health, you will be responsible for greeting members and visitors to the club, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the smooth running of the reception and café areas. You will need to have great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, and be flexible and motivated. Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, are also required. The role involves creating a friendly and professional environment, answering queries, and supporting the café team with food and drink preparation. Additionally, you must be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training to cover Lifeguard breaks.
