Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Take and prepare customer orders at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room.
• Observe health and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure each guest leaves with a smile.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive-thru and dine-in guests.
• Handle customer issues positively and effectively.
• Display professionalism in appearance, attitude, and behavior.
• Continuously strive for personal excellence in knowledge of Chick-fil-A procedures and products.
• Follow leadership instructions and support other team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a source of reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving both high and low.
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills required.
• Verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
• Mobility required during shifts.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to changes or edits to orders.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
