Requirements

• Positive attitude and servant-heart mindset
• Strong communication skills and a love for working with people
• Consistent, dependable, and punctual
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Willing to receive feedback and grow
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Willingness to work at least one Friday or Saturday shift each week
• Must be at least 16 years old to apply
• Must be available to work some Fridays and Saturdays, including during peak meal times

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Smile, make eye contact, and speak with warmth and enthusiasm
• Work various FOH positions, including:
• Greeting guests and taking orders
• Handling cash and operating the POS system
• Preparing beverages and desserts
• Assembling and packaging food orders
• Managing order accuracy and speed at the hand-off counter or Drive-Thru
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Support your teammates and uphold our core values and the Oasis Mindset
