About The Position

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Requirements

• 16+ years of age
• Must have previous Chick-fil-A experience
• Commit to working three (3) months or more at this location
• Have reliable transportation to/from Chick-fil-A
• Must be able to work at the Sandy (South Towne Marketplace) and Draper locations as needed/scheduled
• Able to work weekends
• Able to work outside in the elements for long periods of time (snow, rain, sun)
• Punctual and Reliable
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift 30+ pounds
• Able to pass a background check
• Obtain a Food Handlers Certification if hired
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Maintain good hygiene and adhere to the uniform dress code at all times
• Have natural color hair and no tattoos on the face, neck or hands

Responsibilities

• Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact and Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Take orders inside the restaurant and out in the drive-thru
• Fill drinks, bag food and make desserts
• Maintain high cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out)
• Restock items
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
