Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Accurately take orders in the restaurant and drive-thru
• Fulfill and deliver orders to guests efficiently through various positions
• Resolve customer issues in a helpful, friendly, and patient manner
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
