About The Position

Join Feast BBQ and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the first impression a guest as they take their bbq journey ! This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine, hospitable attitude.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills and communication.
Ability to answer questions and make menu recommendations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service guidelines is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide model customer service, manage guest complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas; stock and organize supplies.
Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
