Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude
  • Maintain eye contact and engage guests in warm, personal conversation
  • Create emotional connections and memorable experiences for each guest
  • Honor and model the restaurant's vision, values, and service standards
  • Work efficiently while handling multiple tasks at once
  • Support your teammates with a cooperative, dependable spirit
  • Communicate clearly with both guests and fellow Team Members
  • Follow all operational, safety, and dress code guidelines
  • Assist in keeping the dining and service areas clean, stocked, and organized
  • Other duties as assigned
