Requirements

  • Friendly attitude towards team and guests
  • Attentive to team, guests, and processes
  • Complete tasks quickly and accurately
  • Create a welcoming environment for others with friendly and attentive attitude
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a spirit of genuine care, proactiveness, and generosity
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Be willing to work outside for periods of their shift when serving in drive thru and select mobile sales channels

Responsibilities

  • Core 4 (Smile, eye contact, speak with a friendly tone, always say my pleasure)
  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Be knowledgable and proficient in all front of house areas, including order taking, dessert/drink prep, meal bagging, meal delivery, dining room host.
  • Serve multiple sales channels, including front counter, mobile, and drive thru
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
