About The Position

Our Chick-fil-A Eastpoint team is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team immediately! Our Front Line Team Members are the face and heart of Chick-fil-A, and they must possess great customer service and communication skills. This is for people who are looking for day shift work only. Chick-fil-A, Inc. is a family owned and privately held restaurant company founded in 1967 by S. Truett Cathy. Devoted to serving the local communities in which its franchised restaurants operate, and known for its original chicken sandwich, Chick-fil-A serves freshly prepared food in more than 2,300 restaurants in 47 states and Washington, D.C.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Strong communication/verbal skills
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team members
Team members are expected to work on their feet for several consecutive hours
Ability to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in English language

Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically greet guests
Accurately take and fulfill orders
Deliver food within a timely manner
Front line training includes, but is not limited to: cashier/register duties, Drive-thru, bagging food, preparing milkshakes
Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and Health Department procedures at all times
Follow all Team Member Handbook Policies
Cash and coupon accountability
Ensure restaurant cleanliness
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
