Mend partners with Bellwood Coffee for roasting, The Buttery for baked goods, and offers house-made small meals. Its robust retail component features mission-driven gifts and goods that responsibly support under-represented makers. The job purpose of a Front of House Team Member is to contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily operations in alignment with Mend's values and standards.
