About The Position

Join Our Team at Chick-fil-A Hamlin! Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Chick-fil-A Hamlin is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Front of House team! If you thrive in a positive, people-first atmosphere and love serving others, we want to hear from you! Must be at minimum Thurs, Fri, Sat and be able to open (5:30 am) or close (11:00pm). PT and FT positions available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Willingness to learn and grow in a positive work culture

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
• Greet guests, take orders, and accurately process transactions
• Ensure food orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, front counter, and beverage station
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of food safety and quality
• Work effectively in a team to create a positive and efficient work environment
• Assist with drive-thru operations, including taking orders and expediting food (outside positions)
• Demonstrate a servant-hearted approach to hospitality and guest interactions
