About The Position

Front of House Team Members have the opportunity to care for our guests, work hard and exemplify the core values of Chick-fil-A. We are hiring for full-time or part-time and dayshift or nightshift. Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week.
Must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month.
Must be able to pass the State of Texas Food Handlers Certification process.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multitask.
Work well independently and in a team environment.
Be able to handle directions and feedback during coaching moments.
Show up on time, have a great attitude and a willingness to work hard.
Proactively pursue the certification process and look for opportunities to be cross trained.

Responsibilities

Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say My Pleasure.
Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Strive to build great relationships with fellow team members.
Take accurate orders on registers while providing correct change to guests.
Accurately fulfill and deliver guests orders efficiently.
Keep stations stocked and maintain a clean working environment.
Strictly adhere to food safety procedures and Chick-fil-As procedures for operational excellence.
