Front of House Team Members have the opportunity to care for our guests, work hard and exemplify the core values of Chick-fil-A. We are hiring for full-time or part-time and dayshift or nightshift. Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week.
  • Must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month.
  • Must be able to pass the State of Texas Food Handlers Certification process.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Be able to handle directions and feedback during coaching moments.
  • Show up on time, have a great attitude and a willingness to work hard.
  • Proactively pursue the certification process and look for opportunities to be cross trained.

Responsibilities

  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say My Pleasure.
  • Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Strive to build great relationships with fellow team members.
  • Take accurate orders on registers while providing correct change to guests.
  • Accurately fulfill and deliver guests orders efficiently.
  • Keep stations stocked and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Strictly adhere to food safety procedures and Chick-fil-As procedures for operational excellence.
