Requirements
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Strong commitment to world class customer service
- Ability to work and lead in a team environment
- Ability to lift and carry 25-40 lbs regularly
Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Training new hires and acting as a role model
- Displaying core values of continuous improvement, hustle, and hospitality
- Modeling Core 4 and 2nd mile service to guests to ensure that they have a REMARKable dining experience
- Leading shifts and ensuring effective restaurant operations
- Excellent communication skills
