About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or customer service roles
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Additional hospitality or management training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, including, to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Monitor service quality and provide ongoing training and support to staff
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the front of house area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
