  • Lead and develop team members through training, coaching, and feedback.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by modeling hospitality and resolving guest concerns.
  • Support and uphold the restaurant's vision and values.
  • Maintain operational excellence by overseeing daily shifts, delegating tasks, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and guests.
  • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Lead by example with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Smile, create eye contact, and connect emotionally with guests.
  • Stand and work on their feet for several hours at a time.

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
