About The Position
The Front of House Shift Closing Leader at JINYA Ramen Bar is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the restaurant. This role involves leading the front of house team, managing daily operations, and acting as a liaison between guests and the operations team. The Shift Lead will motivate team members, handle cash management, and coordinate with management to meet revenue objectives.
