About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Have a 5:30 am start availability to assist in opening the restaurant for serving Guests
• Be available to work shifts from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Saturday
• Consistency and reliability
• Works quickly, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in retail, food service, restaurant team member, or Chick-fil-A is not required but preferred.
