Requirements

Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Able to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
Physical stamina- able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to adhere to Food Safety & Sanitation Standards
Ability to adhere to a color coded food safety system
Ability to critically think through situations
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Able to accurately count money

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and positive experience
Accurately take and fulfill orders both at the counter and in the drive-thru
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, beverage station, and front counter areas
Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines in all guest-facing areas
Stay informed about new products and promotions rolled out by Chick-fil-A
Embody our Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every guest interaction
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high service standards
Manage and restock FOH supplies, including condiments, utensils, and beverages
Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by management
