Requirements

  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
  • Physical stamina- able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to adhere to Food Safety & Sanitation Standards
  • Ability to adhere to a color coded food safety system
  • Ability to critically think through situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to accurately count money

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and positive experience
  • Accurately take and fulfill orders both at the counter and in the drive-thru
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, beverage station, and front counter areas
  • Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines in all guest-facing areas
  • Stay informed about new products and promotions rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Embody our Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every guest interaction
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high service standards
  • Manage and restock FOH supplies, including condiments, utensils, and beverages
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
