About The Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Front of the house manager! He or she must hire, train, coordinate and lead the Front of the house team that is responsible for daily operations in the restaurant according to PURE standards, programs and systems. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the FOH activities of all our team members at our full-service restaurant.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or front of house supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of ordering, scheduling, shift operations and staff development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and host/hostesses
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements for guests
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Train and supervise front of house staff, including providing ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
